Tenho falado com poucas pessoas sobre o projecto. Primeiro porque quero manter a concentração no que tenho para organizar antes de me meter a caminho. Segundo porque quero que o tempo amadureça tudo em lume brando com a devida chama.

Quando me perguntam, então que projecto é esse que me falaste?! E eu digo que vou dar a volta ao mundo com cadernos debaixo do braço a desenhar! A resposta é imediata “és louco!”. Depois vêm as perguntas frequentes, a que países vais? como arranjaste dinheiro? como consegues deixar tudo para trás? durante quanto tempo?

Yesterday I spoke with Mário Linhares, which is one of the behind administrator of Urban Sketchers Portugal, about the project World Sketching. He did like the idea crossing the world searching for urban sketchers members and live with them along the trip, sharing sketches and different ways of drawing. We also agree that could be great to have documented in the trip some interviews, and draws with video.

Here is what is going to be the itinerary of the World Sketching Tour. In my mind there is just a date to go and it is in February 2012, the rest is just a plan that i created with all the places I want to visit, and there will be always room for more places or changes that can happen along the journey for many reasons.

It’s huge and ambitious project but that’s why I like it even more. With this planed my next move will be making contacts with all kind of people, but i’ll talk about it here in next few days.
